Accoustical Vision did a great job mounting a Samsung Frame TV over our fireplace. Paul listened to our concerns about disturbing the masonry and having exposed wires. He explained how he could make our request work and could even order the TV for us. On the date of the project he kept us updated on his arrival. He worked all day to get to our solution. He even patched the wall where he had to cut in which is something I was not actually expecting. After he cleaned up, he made sure we understood our new set up. He charges a very fair price for his work, I'd actually say, he should charge more for the quality of work that he does.
Paul and his team did an excellent job creating an affordable and high quality install of video equipment and sound system upgrade. Paul and his team worked with our packed schedule to prevent disruption to our elder programs and completed the project in time for our symposium. All of the techs who worked on the project were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provided the highest quality service. It was a pleasure working with the entire team and we are very pleased with our equipment and a/v design.
I have been a loyal customer of Acoustical Vision since I have had the fortunate luck to find Paul, an entertainment specialist. Paul has advised, purchased and installed all equipment for both our indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. This includes TVs, receivers and speakers throughout the home and yard. We can depend on Paul to walk us through instructions as well as handling all emergencies such as a child with a remote instantly. Paul never leaves unless you are fully satisfied. I'm thrilled with our latest new set up. We have been customers and now friends for over 10 years now and have yet to be disappointed.
I had Paul and team install an outdoor TV/speakers, and they were fantastic. They offered multiple alternatives to the general concept that I had envisioned, and were very responsive to some of the tweaks that I had suggested. Paul will not push the more expensive product/solution, but offer alternatives and advise on advantages to both. Very professional, very responsive, and pricing seemed reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
