Went in looking for a mask to help protect against COVID-19 and I was shown a Breathe Safe mask that they sale for 159.00. I wasn’t informed that if I had a beard I’d need to cut it to get a proper seal during the purchase. I didn't find this out until getting home and reading the instructions. My wife called the store and was told by sales associate Jackie the mask could be returned for store credit. I wasn’t able to go to attempt the return until two days later due to my work schedule but upon me entering the store I was greeted by another employee that insisted the she take it to the manager while Jackie tried to tell her that the manager had already given the ok for store credit. When she returned with the mask in hand she passed it to Jackie. Who then points out a chip in the mask that wasn’t there before as I had never removed the mask from the box. Jackie then refused the return.
