Clayton County water Authority is far from customer service friendly. I just moved from College Park to Forest Park Georgia with no outstanding balance. Clayton County water Authority is now telling me that I have to pay 160 deposit to reestablish service. Mind you I had no delinquent balance with my previous account. On top of that she, the representative had the audacity to rub in that they are the only water service provider for Forest Park meaning they can do whatever they want. It’s truly sad that this is how people in particular of lower income are treated.

OMG!!!!! They have lead pipes and water fountains in the Water Authority. The Irony is killing me. You know who else killing me! The Crips because I stole their gas money. Also I like sitting in traffic and flipping christ believers off
Terrible terrible customer service!!!!!! Water was shut off for an emergency , I was not notified at any time of an outage! I was advised of three different times services would be restored (Which they were not-which is fine, I understand it was an emergency), I was then advised that services were restored (ALSO WAS NOT) I advised the services were not restored, during this time the representative threatened to hang up on me while I was looking for my account information (Because who has that on them at all times???) then I was advised it would be an additional two hours for them to come BACK out and restore water which they should have done prior to leaving the site. HORRIBLE service all around. I would rate this as zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional and not at all sympathetic to the needs of the customer. I spoke to an individual above the representative, who needed the representatives name, which I provided. However, As my career originated in customer service (And we all have bad days) I did this rather reluctantly, but also in the hopes that it would be addressed on behalf of frustrated customers every where. I hope that this is remedied. Misinformation was given in addition to the attitude demonstrated by the Clayton County water authority representatives and both of these issues need to be addressed by the company.
They are the worst. They take forever to turn your water on , I've been waiting hours to get running water. They're unprofessional and lack common courtesy.
