Future customers beware!!!! Please check on this review for updates. You the people need to know how they that there customers. I own a landscaping company, we own few heavy equipment. we purchased a mini skid steer ditch which 750 SK. Ditch witch an this establishment has been a nightmare from day one. What I have learned from spending 24,000.... Horrible customers service No respect ( was told I'm a bold face lier by Chris Alexander as well few other names) Ordering parts is a nightmare, we ordered a 4000 pump. Waited two and a half months to get. When it arrives metal was fall out of the pump it's attached to review. When I called the service manager he told me to drive 2 hours to them are ship it and they will see what they can do. What a joke. It's still on pallet it came in on smh. Update They wouldn't replace the pump. Suggested that it had been previously installed and junk was in it. So far they haven't provided any documents are pictures to provide proof it. The pump is being inspected by a third party and tested to get facts! As soon as the inspection is done I will update with photos and a conclusion.

Amazing customer service for our equipment after we have purchased it. The equipment is exactly what our tree service company needed. Kurt, the service mechanic, makes himself available anytime we have questions. I’ve never regretted choosing to purchase the 1050 skid steer. The machine rocks.

The Ditch witch is a bad company they told me that they had fixed the machine and they did not fix it they are racist just because they saw my Hispanic face they charged me 2500 to fix the machine and they did not put anything of what I wanted them to put and they told me I will leave them for what I owed them, they gave it to me unarmed, thank God, the vendiga take advantage of the poor and foreign people It already happened to two more friends.
