New Image is one of the very few towing services that don't charge outrageous prices. Hook up rate cor a light duty tow is the cheapest I've seen. The employees are great most the drivers awesome and one of a kind!

Very nice lady very willing to help you any way you need to get your vehicle back. Just don't wait too many days. The weekend basically doubles the cost of you don't get it out Friday. Wreck Thursday evening. Friday it was 145 to recover. Monday. 290. The woman was willing to take emails and license copies to accommodate if say your spouse was the owner on title but they were at work. For e.g. If you sweet talk I think she was offering to take some of my fees off but the floor if the truck had a fire hydrant in the floor. Front clip and fender pushed back past front tire. They did make us walk through their huge yard w all the items from inside the truck. Very horrible and the guy walking we you can't carry anything. So if you got a lot in the vehicle bring a wagon or cart. Or you're walking in the rain looking crazy.
The lady at the first desk was very kind and professional despite having a ton of customers and work to do. It did take a long time to get my car back, but I'm a patient person I left for breakfast for a couple hrs and she called and said the car was ready for release. When I returned the process was smooth from there I paid about 160 to get the car back for 1 night. I wasn't even upset just so long as I got my car back, things could have been worst.
Very good service. Had to retrieve items from a wrecked vehicle with a friend who was seriously injured in an accident. We were from out of town making this extremely stressful and difficult. New Image Towing was helpful in telling us how the process went (including how Clayton County admin/sheriff's office is very difficult to work with and not timely in moving paperwork along). Much of it was out of their hands, but Julie was great in keeping us informed.
Great wrecker service especially for Big trucks! Did a great job recovering my truck.
