Whoever owns the franchise of this store needs to start being actively involved with how it’s being run. 4 years ago when I first started shopping there for various pool chemicals, etc., it was always a good experience and I felt like they were professional and knew their stuff. That certainly has not been the case for the last couple of years. The most simple tasks take weeks and weeks. The phone consistently goes unanswered and when I finally just drove there from Canton, only to be told “we are still waiting on a part and we have been so busy…“ As she is sitting on a stool playing a game on her phone. Clearly I need to find another place!
