Very professional, I had major repair completed on my 2011 RZR 800. Bill was as estimated. They even took the time to shop parts new and used for a couple additional repairs found. Very happy and highly recommend.
Just a quick note: The owner of this company is Craig Hite. Two of the positive reviews on Google are from people named Hite. I purchased a used Honda Accord from this dealership off of eBay that was listed as having cosmetic damage only. When I got it home, I found that it had frame damage, a bunch of wires were chewed under the hood. The ABS sensor wires were cut, the AC line was broken, along with a bunch of other issues. I spoke to the owner multiple times and he assured me that they would help me with the expenses associated with the erroneous listing but they have refused to help out with the costs. It has been over 4 months since I began to communicate these issues with them but I have never heard anything more from them. I think these guys are shady. I would never buy anything from them again. Buyer beware, they are out to make a quick buck
Worst mistake ever! Never deal with them again! Purchased a used vehicle from them, was told all maintenance was done. Found the Oil level was low, spark plugs original, dirty air filter, missing bolts and screws all over the place, headlight switch not even hooked up, rear seat belts we're cut off and a section of the frame was bent and had to be replaced. On top of all of that, title was sent to my bank instead of me and instead of being in my name it was still under surefire name. It took them almost 30 days to even send it to the wrong person! Think twice before buying anything from them!
Great products and customer service! So refreshing to have more options for powersports in central IL that are reasonably priced!
