Great place to shop for any level of bike. They let you take them for a spin or order something if they don't have it in stock. They have been very helpful getting the right parts. I have used a few services and they are very reasonable compared to other shops I have visited. I bought a new bike there and they give free adjustments so anytime it's a bit squeaky or something rattles they fix it quickly without an issue.

Excellent customer service. Because of the high demand they were out of stock of our daughters color and size bike, but fortunately her Trek came in, in just a few short weeks and the staff were such a pleasure to work with, and trying to get it near her birthday. We were helped right away at pick up. The sweet young man sized her for her bike then he even jumped in and helped load it for me in the back of my truck and made sure it was good to go. I am so pleased with this bike shop and our purchase! Thanks 2 Rivera Bicycle you made my birthday girl very happy! She said \I'm smiling I promise\

I own a business across the street and got into mountain biking this year. I was able to get a ton of gear and the staff have always been helpful. 2020 was a crazy year for recreational products so their bike selection was low and some parts were hard to come by....but they still spent a lot of time helping me find a pair of pedals for my used bike. I later returned them wanting a different color (sorry) and they were still incredibly nice. Will continue to shop here instead of Amazon or other online retailers.

We have bought numerous bikes here. They have a store in Watertown as well. Both stores are excellent. Ben, Brent, Mark, Carl are fantastic. I don't know that I could praise them enough.
