Loved my nurses and everyone was very friendly. I had the smoothest \IV line insert\ ever. The thing is the doctor never came in to go over my lab results with me and when I inquired about it especially one test in particular they wouldn't take the time to give me the information. I tried logging on the portal the next day in which they where not posted and when I called the ER twice trying to get my results both times they were clueless to give me an answer. I also inquired several times for a COVID test due to part of how I was feeling and someone in my household being sick but was turned down. After the person in our household finally got tested..let's just say the ER should have tested me.

My mother injured herself and couldn't walk. I took her to the ER and asked for a wheelchair. I put her in the wheelchair myself, and we went into the ER. The lady who saw her after she signed in thought she was fine, and we were told to go to the waiting room. My mother waited over 2 hours and we started to notice people who came in after us going ahead of us. I mentioned that my mother was in a lot of pain even though she wasn't showing it, and they told us to wait a little longer. Finally, we see a nurse and he wanted my mother to get on the operating bed. I told her she couldn't, and he seemed annoyed like he thought my mother was faking it....he begrudgingly helps her onto the bed. X-Rays showed she had a broken hip and required a half hip replacement. The nurse never apologized....and the brushed it over like it wasn't a big deal. If my mother was white, I think she would have been treated differently here.

Not sure what the issue is there. Understaffed? Had a fungal infection inside my finger joint and unable to get a regular doctor’s appointment for 2 weeks. Went to ER at 8:40pm. 3.5 hr wait to get into a room. Another almost 2.5 hr wait before seen. Time with doctor was about 3 minutes to get steroids and antibiotics prescribed. Then spent another 15 minutes at the pharmacy. Left hospital at 3am.

I waited about 1h 20 minutes in the waiting area. People that got there after me got called back first, however, they had kids or looked or were elderly so I didn’t mind too much. The nurse and PA that saw me were nice and thorough. Explained everything. I got equipped with plenty of medication that the pharmacy was already processing when I got there. Total trip was probably 2.5 hours or a bit more. And it was not crowded at all, pretty late on a week night. I would say I received good but slow service.

Longest wait time ever! No communication between staff and patient. Worst experience!
