Timmi is the absolute best ever, she made our friends birthday the best ever!! We have never laughed so hard and want to go back all of the time because of her, my daughter came home tonight with the biggest smile on her face talking about how much fun she had bowling, I asked her if Timmi was the one helping her and she said yes and that she wants to go back all of the time because of her haha. Even if you don’t like bowling and laser tag, just being around Timmi is all the fun you need

Just got done finished bowling at this location this bowling center takes care of the lanes and it's customer service is amazing. I ordered a pizza and it kept getting burned which happens I'm totally cool with but the lady felt so bad that she ended up giving us three free passes to come back in and bowl which I thought was amazing and beyond my expectations and they brought out the pizza and it was cooked perfectly tasted amazing. I used to bolt this center years ago and it's nice to know that they keep the lanes in good condition and with covid-19 going on your safety and the safety of others is still a high priority for them which is amazing definitely will be back thanks Chipper's Lanes.

I was there to pick up wow bao. Which is misrepresented my its menu. It seems to come from an upscale street market when it is in fact a bowling alley consession stand. It was some sort of a mid day bowling league and there were maybe 3 out of 20bpeople wearing masks

I haven’t even went here yet, and I don’t believe I will because of my “pre-“ experience. I purchased a group package for 6 that was to include shoes and two hour bowling. Additionally my daughter purchased another group package for 4 which included the same. So we have a total of 10 people and the packages have been paid for. I went to the website where it says “due to Covid restrictions walk-ins are not available and a reservation must be made“. So I attempt to make a reservation and it will not let me do it without purchasing it through their website. However, the packages have already been purchased, so I Called and emailed their event manager. I was basically told “too bad”. If I wanted to reserve a lane, I would have to pay full price from their website. Also, the restrictions have been lifted, so currently they are taking walki-ns, but there’s no guarantee they will be taking walki-ns next week? I explained to her that this was not indicated anywhere on the voucher that I purchased, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. Again it was “too bad”, and she would update the Groupon to indicate that it is only for walk-in. So basically we have Two packages purchased that we cannot even guarantee we will get to use unless we drive the 30 miles there and “Hope” there is 2 lanes available for 2 hours together. I feel like in this instance, because this information was not available, and exception should’ve been made to allow me to make the reservations. However, it’s just “too bad” that the customer service is not any kind of service for the customer who has already paid.

It was my bday on 10/26/2020 and we went to chippers for bowling originally then later found out from a worker there Timi that there was laser tag! I didn't even know there was laser tag. Timi was extremely accommodating and the onion rings were delicious!
