Such welcoming staff and a bright store! We loved our experience. We normal go to another Crystal/gem business when we Visit FOCO but will now only go to Crystal Joys. They were so helpful and even remembered us when we came back again. Top notch customer service!!

Natures Own went out of business in boulder... Don't throw your money away at Natures Own Fort Collins, the owner is an aggressive, drastic, self-entitled justice bully. Crystal Joy has great vibes, reasonable prices and an owner that actually cares about people. Shopping at Crystal Joy supports people with special needs so the more you spend here supports your community not just a greedy rude individual owner
I went into this store the other day to Christmas shop thinking it would be a nice way to start off the day, I was very wrong. I understand working retail can be very hard in times like these but when I walked in there was a horrible energy, very unwelcoming. After browsing for a little got a sense that the employees were simply annoyed with me so I excused myself out. As I was walking out I told the cashier thank you and have a good day to which I was laughed at with no response. For all the good reviews and it being a crystal store I expected a lot more.
This store is quaint , many different types of stoned and craft jewelry, will be returning on my next visit also I wasn't sure what I was looking for but as soon as I walked in a few stones \spoke\ to me, which I'd never experienced. Go in and see for yourself! Enjoyed browsing their selection of pretty rocks as I called them
