Cool and unique. If you like anime, coffee, board games, and comics, this is the place to be. The coffee is good.

This is a very cool place and I would say one of the hidden gems of Fort Collins. The coffee shop is very kitchen-y with some couches in the front and all the drinks are named after movies and comic books. It’s attached to a game and book shop and there’s a big shelf full of board games for people to play while they’re there. They also have private meeting rooms free to the public where people can have tournaments or gatherings. Very friendly staff and a cool place to hang out!
What I Like About The Purple Cup Cafe Is I Hangout There To Read My Newspaper I Also Ordered A Hot Chocolate There I Told This Rude Girl Who Said We Don't Do Receipts Sorry I Went I Really Want Receipt With Your Company Logo On It She Said Let Me Go Talk To The Manager She Went To Go Talk To The Manager And Then The Manager Came To The Front And Then The Rude Girl Cashier Has Being Taught How To Print A Receipt By The Manager Then They Gave It To Me
Interesting social place. Wasn't happy with the amount of foam on my latte. Be sure to check the foam. Can get a couple of sandwiches and snacks. Many beverages with special concoctions. Connected to Gryphon's Games and Comics. You can play a game while you're eating.
The Purple Cup Café is a good spot to go get a drink and a snack, especially if you have good company. You can grab games to try out with your friends while there (though the selection doesn't change much), or you could go get some comics to read. There are frequent events (as the space is shared with Gryphons), so there's usually something to try out, and plenty of tables in the conference rooms for tabletop that are free to use so long as there isn't an event using it and you're a customer. I personally like their tea, and peoples' opinions on coffee are going to be mixed no matter where you go. Over all, if you're looking for somewhere to play games, read comics, and have some coffee and a bite to eat, it's usually a good place to be.
Where are the cups? Paper cups are the default here. Looking around, I see only paper containers. Coffee is decent, but sheesh... a coffee place run and frequented by younger people and no ceramic cups?
We just popped in here on Wednesday (2/12) and the NICEST young lady helped me and my dad. Thank you!
I found this place because my husband is very much into gaming and comics. If you're not into those kinds of things you NEED to check this cafe out anyways! I've been around the world and this place has the BEST White Chocolate Mocha I've EVER had in my entire life. I will literally never step foot in another Starbucks again. They are so friendly and the environment is perfect for relaxing and being productive and doesn't get crowded until later in the evening. For people who aren't into comics or gaming, this cafe is a diamond in the rough.
