I come in here with my friends all the time for new board games and cards. The staff are very knowledgeable about what's good, and they often have good sales on products too. I see all these 1 star reviews after I came in today and it honestly sounds to me like one guy got mad because he didn't get what he wanted so he's having all his friends review bomb this place. Sad that they want to put such a cool little business under like that. I'm never disappointed when i shop here

I was in the store while the owner was harassing the previous reviewer and witnessed the entire exchange. I'm amazed the customer was able to have as much restraint as he was because the \owner/manager\ has ZERO professionalism or class for that matter. I guess him refusing refund a customer 20 bucks was his way of making things right with his childhood. The customer walks in, waits his turn in line and finds the person that had rang his order out yesterday. He simply asked for his money back with a receipt from a transaction less than 24 hours old. There are no signs saying a no refund policy or anything saying that returns equal store credit. That makes what the owner did very illegal in this state and I'm hope the customer hopefully already turned him in. So the person refused to refund and said he can go get the manager. The manager again refuses, laughs in the customers face and continues to act arrogant. He literally said that \he doesn't care about what his customers think and that you came into MY store remember? I'm not worried about getting customers\ Talk about a dude with a little man complex. So the customer was obviously upset about the owner refusing a refund within 24 hours of the original transaction but took a deep breath and left the store. Needless to say after witnessing all of this I put the merchandise back and left the store. I won't be returning. Guess you were wrong store owner - your actions at least cost you 2 customers. EDIT After owner response(s): 2 customers are lying, but the greedy store owner is all truth. You ever think about political ambitions? I think you may have a future in it if this whole comic book thing doesn't work out.
Very thoughtful and helpful staff, knows the industry really well. If there is something you are looking for that isn’t in stock they can help you. Genuine community business that isn’t a chain. We need more places like this.
Really cool place, has the right feel for a card/comic/hobby shop. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. Great selection of board games.
