This location is now back with the original owners. So if you still have the groupons that the other guy said you couldn't use you can now use them with out any issues. I did.

My kids love this place. The bad reviews must have this place mixed up with another bounce house. Those reviews were over 5 months old. This place has only been around for 4 months, lol. And they're not in the Meridian Mall, they're in the Birchwood Mall in Fort Gratiot.
We received a groupon for 5 all day passes as a Christmas present for the family and when we went to use the groupon and spend the day at the playland we were told that it was under new ownership and that they would not honor the groupon. We will not go there EVER! Poor business!
They need to update their stuff
