I took the used Viking machine I purchased at a yard sale to Calla Lilly for a tune-up. It was ready for pickup in 1 1/2 weeks. It runs like a dream. I was not familiar with how to use this model Viking so Colleen did a wonderful job of teaching me how to use it. I learned so much in a short time. She was very patient with me!!! I love shopping at Calla Lilly because they always have so many useful items that are reasonably priced for sale!!

Very dissatisfied with the service. I brought my sewing machine in to be \tuned up\. Charged me 80. Brought it home & it didn't work, so I brought it back. Within 5 minutes I was told I needed new gears. Are you telling me that they didn't see the gear issue when the machine was in the first time? They wanted 50 a gear & there was 4 that needed to be done. They offered to deduct the initial payment if I bought a 500 machine. I watched a YouTube video & ordered the gears online for 33 s&h included. Machine is all fixed & works like new.
