The location is convenient and easy to locate however the hours were misleading according to the internet. I have no place to rate the service or staff’s friendliness so I saw it fair to rate a three star. Update: The store hours were changed online to reflect the actual hours. Five stars for community involvement.

Fast service.. Good customer service. Needed a last minute gift engraved they did it in less than 24hrs with all the changes made. The price is just as great..

15 dollar set up fee, then .50 per letter. Place was empty, no work was being done. Manager comes in and says \12 dollar additional rush fee if you want to wait\ after the price of 27 dollars was agreed on. Place is not only over priced, service was subpar on top of that. Will never visit again, I'm astounded a place like this can operate on a military installation.
