Had to schedule a last minute scan during COVID-19, and luckily was able to get in to see Jessica. The process was very easy and well organized, staff was all wearing masks and the office seemed very clean. Jessica even helped me when I started feeling claustrophobic, she went at my pace and helped me to calm down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had my MRI done 1 year ago and had to schedule 1 this year with contrast. I called the office and Judy answered only to have her mumble jesus while I'm asking questions then to say I'm yelling. I explained that I wasnt yelling and maybe it's the phone so I told her I'll call back to see if the connection is better. On the 2nd call she started with a frustrating omg jesus and again everytime I spoke she would stop me and say there is a large echo on the line. I Apologized and said its probably the connection but we can work through this and book the appointment. She was rude condescending and obviously annoyed with this which I couldn't help. She then put me on hold and then hung up. I tried to call again and she sent me to voicemail. Very unprofessional. There are plenty of places that I can go do an MRI this place isnt the last on earth. Judy in my opinion should be fired or moved to another position where she doesn't work with customer service. I am very disappointed with them and the lack of empathy. MRI's are not easy for patients and this experience just causes more anxiety. Bad bad business. She might have had a bad morning but dont take it out on people who want to give your place business. I left a message for the office supervisor to call me back but if they hire people like judy I dont think I'll be getting a call back. I would have given them zero stars if it allowed.

I would like to thanks the radiology’s. At the beginning I was very nervous . I am very claustrophobic. As soon I got there she talk to me very peacefully. She told me that everything is going to be ok, she is here with me, she offered me to leave the door open I said yes. She showed to me a good customer service and made me feel confortable during my Mri. Because of her I give this 5 stars review. Front desk employees very kindly. M Gonzalez.

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL if i could i will give 0 stars. I got to my appointment only to find out that they didnt had the authorization from my insurance and they couldnt see me. I had call earlier in the day to ask if they need it anything before my appointment and they say all is good, only to find out they couldnt even see me.

What an incredible staff! Got an appointment same day and MRI was promptly read and faxed to doctor . I would highly recommend this facility. So much more efficient than going through a hospital's red tape.
