I don’t know about service but hours should be updated, we drove there to find out that place is closing at 3:30pm, not 4:15. Just saying.
All I needed was a 6\ piece of 5/8\ aluminum tube to repair my bicycle seat. No luck in the scrap bin, so I went to the sales office (without much hope, I might add). The salesman looked at my seat, went out in the warehouse, pulled a 12 foot tube from the highest shelf (at least 12 feet, maybe more!), cut the tube and gave it to me NO CHARGE! That is my definition of customer service. I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!
