BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! Worst place to live. Better off being temporarily homeless. Run by slumlord family. Photos on Google are not those that reflect the residential rental property. I will post my photos of bedbugs all over the walls soon. Stay tuned.

I am a guest of the current resident whom was absent at the time of the visit from the 'management' division.. I asked for proper identification in order to allow them to enter the premises. I was threatened and had a police call made because i asked for proper identification. Is there a phone contact to enter a complaint about the abuse I have just encountered?

This review is for their Park Towner apartments located at, 16 sw 9th street 33315. avoid this place at all costs, this place advertises the apartments here as such a great place to live, while using hardy park and publix as enticements to rent there, while owning neither property, the laundry \ facilities \ consist of one washer and one dryer , the monthly rent doesn't justify the lies and falsehoods that this place pretends to be,so many people have moved in, only to move out after realizing that this place just isn't worth it, move in and you will eventually regret it, i did....

These are the worst landlords ever, the owner Allan cares nothing about his tenants, only how much money he makes off us. I would NEVER rent from them again and I would NEVER recommend them

I called to ask for information and the receptionist was very rude. She gave vague information like she didn't want her company's properties to be sold.
