They are the best!!! From the minute you walk in you welcomed with a warm smile and excellent customer service. Coach Luis is one of the best, always learning new skills and new tricks.The other people training there are also friendly, good atmosphere over all! I am in and out of town a lot and they always accommodate me when I am in Fort Lauderdale. Staying open late just so that I can do my session. Good workout and I always walk away with a smile the employees are friendly and just awesome! HIGHLY recommended! Don’t miss out! You will not regret it.

This is a fantastic place. We love being here. The owners, coaches, and other families are all inviting. Love this environment, and my child is getting a ton out of the class. She has grown a great deal, athletically (Focused-instead of all over the place) and mentally, in the past year.

This is a great place. If you are a serious MMA fighter or an amateur looking for a good work-out boxing, grappling and/or Muay Thai, this studio has it all. Junior Fernandez and his staff are great with both adults and kids, and it feels especially welcoming. I bring 3 children here to learn to defend themselves each Saturday morning for the last three years. I would highly recommend a private session or group class-Dean Myerow.
