We just got back from a fabulous BVI sailing trip that we arranged through Boatbookings. Amazing customer service end to end, truly turn-key. Our Catamaran, Captain, and Cook were exactly what we had hoped for. The boat was beautifully maintained, the Captian was an absolute pleasure and quite the host, and our Cook, well, let's just we ate very well 3 times a day. Meal time was as much fun as play time! In fact, we enjoyed the crew so much they blended right in to our little group and we all quickly became one happy family! I highly recommend Boatbookings for your next boating vacation!

The whole team at Boatbookings did an excellent job helping with the planning and execution of our spectacular trip to the BVI. Everything related to the charter was well managed, including pre-trip planning, communication and follow-through. From the pre-trip queries about food & drink preferences (and dietary restrictions) to finding out how the guests like to spend their time both aboard and ashore, the trip was perfect in every way. This focus on excellent customer service shown through as our charter occurred about 6 months after the devastating hurricanes to hit the region. The Boatbookings team were completely on top of what businesses were open and local conditions. Boatbookings fully vets the boats and crews that they represent. Our charter was on the award-winning Nemo with the skipper/owner Andrea. A long-time charter captain in the BVI and elsewhere, the Nemo generates its own power and has a fresh water desalination system on board. We were part of a two catamaran charter with our friends sailing on the Altesse, another fantastic boat and crew. The meals aboard both boats were simply stunning, as was the skipper and crews's focus on making sure we could get reservations at restaurants when we wanted to eat ashore. Having previous chartered through one of the 'big' charter companies, I found the experience of working with Boatbookings much more personal and attentive to our large groups needs, wants and desires. I recommend Boatbookings highly to anyone considering a charter in any of the regions where they operate.
