Worst hospital experience ever. I came by ambulance complaining of depression and having suicidal thoughts. I was in the ER 21hrs before I saw a psychologist only to be discharged an hour later. The nurses are the worst I’ve seen in this capacity and the security guards are useless. They spend more time on their phones then they do actually working. What a complete waste of time. I still feel just as bad as I did when I was admitted. God! I hate Florida. I’m so glad I don’t live here

Dr. Pham and his dental staff here are a very professional and orderly team. They're always very courteous and willing to help with any questions or concerns. I have had more than 10 appointments here recently and the work that was done on me is superb. I've had no problems with my teeth after each visit. This branch of Broward Health is always clean despite the number of people who come here every day and I feel safe with the nice security officers. It is my experience that this dental office here is on par with private practices with the added bonus of not paying so much for their excellent service and professional work. I rate them five stars.

Horrible bedside manner for covid-19 positive patients. Please do not come here if you are covid-19 positive. The triage lady was insanely rude and said we were wasting our time. That shortness of breath is a symptom of covid-19. When a quick google search shows thats when you have to go to the ER. I wish I knew her name. Skinny older red head white woman. These people clearly do not care. Then the woman that did my ekg started yelling at the guy that took me back in spanish. Saying that covid positive people cant get ekgs because it contaminates the room. Instead sanitizing it like any other room.

I was recently a patient at Broward General Hospital for 6 days. My experience was outstanding during a scary and uncertain time thank to several staff members/employees. I would like to take this moment to say a special thank you to the following Angels (aka as nurses) 6th Floor South staff members Tommy, Britney, Iris, Amber, Francese and one more I think her name is Christine? PCA's I remember that were wonderful Hopal and Elaine.. (all were extremely professional and kind and caring) Special mention to a beautiful human being and caring soul named Betty Buiey, who is a living Angel, who cared enough to visit me through a window in the emergency room.. and I felt so much better knowing her presence was there!!!! I appreciate everyone's help during such a horrible time with Covid-19!!!! Thank you also to Dr Samir Hussain for his caring and wonderful bedside manner during my stay!

The best health center in Broward, I just moved to the area and had everything the could go wrong went wrong. Taking my kid to Broward Health for school document was the last thing I wanted to do that day. Chantelle was so friendly and helpful that she made a stressful moment less stressful. People like her are the reason I will continue to go and recommend others to go!!!
