Wow! What a FUN 2 hours to spend with strangers! Forget about spotting stars, if \Shy\ is your tour guide she will make you feel like YOU ARE the star! Our tour was yesterday 8/31 and my cheeks were hurting because Shy our guide was hilarious and so into pop culture, present and past.

Just wanted to give you some feedback on our bus ride from yesterday, May 14 from Coral Springs to Orlando and back. The drivers, Rey Mendoza and Alex Roca were professional and very courteous throughout the ENTIRE ride. We appreciate the fact they arrived before our anticipated pick up time of 5:30 am. The bus itself (#5709) was a problem. Throughout the entire drive, it was shaking and rattling as if it was going to fall apart. It was a very bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable ride. The window in the 2 aisle of the bus must be loose because it was rattling and making a very loud and uncomfortable noise which was hard to ignore. There was no toilet paper or hand sanitizer in the bathroom (thankfully we had purchased some ourselves). The light inside the bathroom was not functional. Lastly, During our ride it began to rain and windshield wipers (on both side) broke. We had to pull over and the drivers did not have the tools needed to fix this. This was unacceptable. Luckily, we were running ahead of time and this did not interfere with our schedule, however, this was still a major concern for our passengers safety. I hope this feedback helps for future customers and avoids any unsatisfactory reviews.
