My grandma was in need of someone to watch over her a few days a week. We have tried a handful of different home health care agencies and have always had issues. I will not badmouth any other agency, but I will just say that Comfort Keepers really pulled through each and every time we needed them. They were never late, and always made me feel like we were in good hands. Our caregiver was always very friendly and I will continue to recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone who needs this service. David and the rest of the team at Comfort Keepers really helped my family out of a tough situation. My grandmother can't be alone as much anymore, so we hired one of their caregivers to take care of her so she didn't have to be displaced. She is loving the care, and speaks only praise. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for home health care.

My husband called this company and, as the speaker was on, we both heard as the man gave us information about pricing,etc, all the while BADMOUTHING the other egistries\ vs. his \agency\ as well as giving FALSE information! The CNA's ARE level 2 background checked, certified, have all up to date certifications in HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, Assisting with medication, and what-not, as well as liability insurance at the registry we went with (much cheaper because the CNA's are not employees but independent contractors)! Apparently, this person forgot that it's easy to check these FACTS on the internet. All home health agencies/registries are REQUIRED by the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) to have background checks and certifications.

I can't say enough positive things about this agency and the help they provide. The care is amazing and Ginger is just plain wonderful to deal with. We were dealing with so much red tape and they finally steered us in the right direction. A caring, loving agency.
