I asked for a iced tea unsweetened. I can’t have sugar. The woman at the drive through said ‘so you mean regular tea?’ and sounded super nasty. I said no, please make sure it has no sugar. We tried to finish verbalizing our simple two-drink order and she kept cutting us off to give us attitude. Another woman then came onto the drive through microphone and interrupted the woman who took our order... maybe because she was being so mean? but then we got to the drive through and the woman who was being nasty was the one who made my drink. She put sugar in it. This kind of interaction has happened several times at this particular Dunkin Donuts. I order the same super simple thing every day. And about 3 out of 6 times I order, not only do they get it wrong, but whoever is on the other end of that drive through, is treating us like garbage. I’m so done with this place. Never again.
Every single time I go to this location they mess up my order. I have given them more than enough chances and will now be bringing my business elsewhere. I advise you to do the same.
