The care is not properly provided to the residents dimly lighted place. Poor ventilation , not comfortable with this place

ok, so I call this place to find out information about possibly moving my mom down there. it was a DISASTER from the time someone answered the phone. NOBODY there seemed to know what was going on. A lady answered and I asked to speak with an advisor...she asks \Regarding what?\ SERIOUSLY....she puts a guy on the phone that says \HELLO\...I had to ask his name (garfield)..I told him I wanted to talk to someone about possibly moving my mom down there and he says \shes busy right now\...REALLY....I told him forget it id look into another place he said ok great.....WHO WOULD TRUST THEIR PARENTS IN A PLACE THAT CANT GET A SIMPLE PHONE CALL RIGHT??
