Exceptional service! I’ll start off by saying that I bought my car August of last year at Coral Springs Auto Mall. I had them replace my back up camera already so when I needed a side view mirror I called them first. I was on hold for 20 min on 3 different calls trying to get information from the Parts department. Eventually, I gave up and googled another Honda dealership and this one came up. I called and got to speak to someone in parts almost immediately. He was extremely helpful and I was able to order the side view mirror. Originally I was going to just have someone else put it on but the male associate in parts brought me over to Teddy in the service department just so I could ask how much it would cost. He gave me the pricing and I scheduled the appointment. They provided transportation to and from as well as washed my car inside and out. I felt comfortable spending my money because I was getting exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back for all my Honda needs! Thank you.

Ive been to the parts store at this location a few times. My 1st visit I couldn't even talk due to a recent double jaw surgery but Robert & Fredo made sure I left w/ what I needed and knowing exactly what I needed without many words from me. They are very knowledgeable and very patient and always smiling. Great customer service is what you'll get here. It's been a pleasure doing business at this location. They'll have the parts you need and any Honda signature memorabilia you never knew you wanted.
