So happy with our new awning from Hoover Architectural! From the first call of inquiry to final installation everything was handled in a professional and timely manner.
I originally had multiple large and small awnings built by Hoover 20 years ago and they far exceeded my expectations for quality and durability. It was time to update the canvas on the original frames and I hired Hoover again to do the job. I was not initially satisfied with the new updated design and function. After expressing my concerns, they came out and made all necessary changes and adjustments without any problem what so ever. I have to say I am very impressed with the way they back their products with pride and customer satisfaction as a priority. I’m a very happy customer and they are still a top referral I give to everyone needing this service.
Hoover is the best you can use. They have the best products, service, and people. Our first awning was installed just before Hurricane Wilma. How it stayed in tact was beyond me but our roof sustained damage but our new Hoover awning was fine. That was in 2005....now in 2020 we are finally replacing it. Their Sales Person Peter Diable is spot on and wont sell you something just for the sake of selling it. He’s got long term clients and why we keep coming back to Hoover.
Hoover created a new awning after the prior one they installed last almost 20 years!! The new one fits perfectly and looks great. Thanks for a great job!
