I just wanted to take some time to write you and express my gratitude for everything Mark and Joe did to help me recover from the insurance company for my fire damages. They looked at the damage and clarified everything to me, the Insurance gave me some money which could not cover the damage, but Joe got the insurance to pay the right amount of money to cover the damage. Grateful!!
