I hired Ms Abrams to represent me and do the legal work on my \for sale by owner\ home. She and her legal assistant were always on top of things and kept me informed of progress and any potential problems. It turned out to be a tricky (for me) closing and she helped me get through it. In fact she helped me negotiate a better price based on the buyers offer netting several thousand more at closing. Her pricing is very reasonable and never tacked on extras although she did a lot of work. I wish she could handle all of my legal needs!
