I had problems with my remotes' programming. I initially contacted Hunter Douglas customer service for help. Hunter Douglas was not helpful at all (inadequate at best) and they did not resolve my issue. They told me to contact my dealer (Costco) from where I had purchased my shades and remotes many years ago and no longer a Hunter Douglas dealer. I called Open House Interiors, a dealer with Hunter Douglas. They were so helpful beginning with Juan Valdes. When he could not help, John, a technician there, came on the phone. John listened attentively to my problems. John was on the phone giving me instructions as to what to do on my end. He was with me every step of the way patiently repeating instructions when I was getting overwhelmed and reassured me that he would continue to be on the phone with me until all had been resolved. Success!! I am not the most coordinated person and I had to go on a stepladder to reset the shades from the top while I also had to hold the remote and phone. What a fantastic and pleasant experience with John at Open House Interiors. He spent 35 minutes on the phone with great success and was not charged a dime! I highly recommend Open House Interiors and their great customer service and their high quality products. Thank you so much!!

On 9/24/18, my wife and I were looking for some sliding glass door treatments, to give us more privacy. We stopped by Open House Interiors and we met Ralph Arias. He showed us the Hunter Douglas Luminette Privacy Sheers, which have fabric vanes, and rotate for privacy, while controlling the light in a room. It is a very nice and unique concept. We would like to thank Ralph for selling us such a terrific product. The installers, Elias and Ramon, from their Hunter Douglas Gallery Service Center nearby, were terrific and our new Luminettes look amazing. So, stop in to Open House interiors for super Hunter Douglas products, along with excellent customer service. Thank you, Ralph, John, Juan, and Jim. You all have our utmost respect. I cant believe the service I received from this place. They have two location so be aware of them. The owner John just told me that he hoped I choked!!!! Not only did they sold me a set of blinds for around 6k that were defectous but he got upset because I was disputing the service call that I had to have twice since they did not fix it correctly in less than 1 year of purchased. He also went to the extend to tell me he was going to make sure hunter Douglas would not grant me a guarantee on the product with any other retailer. He constantly told me to go ahead and cheat him out of the service call when I am the one got cheated with defectous product. DO NOT go there. On top of everything it took them 4 months to finally order new motors... The worst place I have ever experienced in my life....
