Not a bad place to live. The area is convenient near downtown surrounded by nightlife, public transportation, i95 nearby shopping centers as well. Rent is pretty cheap for the area but minimum income seems to high which I don't understand why. Barley 1k for a bedroom and minimum income is just for a studio 30k a year, 31k for a 1 bedroom THATS ONLY MINIMUM!!

I moved here almost 2 years ago. Maintenance responds quickly and is always on top of all issues, such as filters, pest control and cleanliness. Security cameras in most areas, including parking lot and hallways. Office staff is friendly and welcoming.
