The staff on the 15th floor offer exceptional customer service, and consistently maintain an elegantly decorated, COVID friendly workspace and accompanying meeting areas (plus kitchen). The woman at the front desk in particular, are always incredibly kind, professional, friendly and patient despite me constantly asking for help sending out mail. They also always stay on top of COVID procedures to ensure the safety of their clients. Highly recommend!
