I normally do not leave reviews even when I have a bad experience; however, this is a company to truly avoid. The lot is seedy and behind a gas station. There are no clear signs of where to park. The lot Is unmanned and there is absolutely no security. Anyone can enter; reservation or not. We were picked up in what appeared to be the shuttle driver’s personal SUV. We were stepping all over each other to get in and there was absolutely no social distancing in the car as we were all crammed in there. The shuttle driver did not even look at our paperwork to confirm that we were allowed to park in the lot. On return, we kept calling for pick up and repeated my told the driver was going to be there in 10 minutes. The van eventually arrived 30 minutes later in an unmarked sprinter bus. The driver was complaining about and down right talking sh*t about the customers in the van in Spanish while they were still present. Needless to say, that was the last straw for me. Completely unprofessional. Please avoid.

Worst parking ever! If you think that save a few dollars is better... believe me it isn't worth it. We had problemas trying to find the parking lot. We arrived to the Rennaisance Hotel and there wasnt any Quick and Safe sign. We drive for a few minutes searching for the parking lot. Finally, we called and we were at the right place since the begining. When we finally got to park the car, the shuttle wait time was 30 minutes. We almost missed the flight. We arrived from our trip three days later and we called for the shuttle. The waiting time was 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was horrible. We were exhausted from air flight and we had to wait standing for that long time. Our recommendarion is that Don't use this place.
Reservation was for 11:30 am drop off with a 2 pm flight. Was finally picked up by the shuttle at 12:45. Won’t be choosing them again.
Why do I have to give a star?? Very Shady operation. they did this to my car and I have given them 2 months to make it right. I have been completely ignored despite two calls to the police. Avoid this parking lot like the plague.
Terrible service. Very unreliable. Took the shuttle 30 minutes to pick us up and still made two more out of the way stops before the airport. Leaving the airport the confirmation email says allow 15-20 minutes. I waited and called them back 30 minutes after my initial call and they said no more than 10 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and called and no one answered. I tried calling 2 more times with no answer. Then when I used my wife's phone he picked right up the first time, but when I said we were still waiting he said he would call the driver and call us right back. After that he blocked both of our numbers. We ended up wasting an hour waiting for them and had to get a Lyft. There are a lot of much better, reliable, closer to the airport services. (This was the 'quick and safe' lot with Parkway Parking)
Terrible service. Deserves no stars. We called multiple times and no one answered. Supposed to be “quick,” but took over half an hour to get a shuttle to pick us up and bring us to our car after they answered and told us “5 minutes.” Supposed to be “safe,” but the drivers drive like maniacs and are on their phones the whole ride. Nothing “Quick & Safe” about it. Give someone else your money, these guys don’t deserve it.
Listen to the reviews posted here!! Steer clear of this company completely.! They are rude, completely and utterly disorganized. They will have you waiting just like the other reviewers said.... for half hour to an hour&half (like us). Trying to reach them on the phone is almost impossible. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Why are these people in business, horrible I waited over an 1 for them to pick us up on a Wednesday morning.
