While pregnant I had a lot of anxiety, questions and fear in regards to what to expect during labor. A friend suggested to take a Hypnobirthing class and I am so grateful that I took that advise. Helen was absolutely amazing. She worked with my schedule and really cared about my well being. More importantly she armed me with knowledge of what to expect in labor, how to manage pain and my emotions through this uncharted territory. She help me work through my anxiety and fears which made me excited to go into labor instead fearful. If you are a first time mom and you have the same anxiety as I did, this is the best gift you can give yourself. Thank you Helen for your support and everything you do!

Helen is absolutely amazing! Her aura gave my husband and I gave us so much calmness that we looked forward to seeing her every class. She debunked any myths that we had and did not hesitate to give us the facts of child birthing. I went into the hospital completely informed because of her. She not only helped me before labor but also after. She's a very special person and loves what she does, I am so glad we went with her to teach us hypnobirthing. What she taught us really helped our laboring adventure.

There are not enough words to describe the amazing work that Helen did for us, during my pregnancy. It was my first pregnancy and of course I didnt know what to expect, the doctors don't give you any details about what is going to happen the day of the delivery. We are left in the dark, afraid, and scared looking forward on this day, which should be the best day of our lives (the birthday of our baby). Helen answered her phone right away when I called to inquire about the class, she was very flexible and always answering all my silly questions along the way. I loved the fact that her class is 1x1, and she goes above and beyond to explain us what is going on in our bodies and how should we feel excited and not afraid of this big day. We followed her lead and her teachings and we were able to have a beautiful unmedicated birth, just like I imagined it. It was the best experience of my life, and I thank Helen so so much for helping me in this beautiful journey. Also taking her classes my husband, he got super involved in the process. Before I was trying to get him to read books and articles about birth, but he wasn't very drawn into it. I have to thank Helen for her help, because having her class 1x1, he was able to ask his questions and concerns. Many thanks for everything Helen, and especially for your support in the last weeks (I delivered at 40w and 4 days) when I was going a bit crazy and I was worried that my baby was too late, but you Helen kept sending me positive thoughts and messages, and it really helped me calm down and have a positive attitude, waiting for my baby to come when she was ready. I totally recommend Helen in your journey, you won't regret it!

Giving birth has always been scary to me. The fear of not knowing, fear from stories told by others. With Helen’s help I was able to see past all of that and get ready for this journey. Even during this Covid era, Helen was still able to give me the support and guidance that I needed to comfortably make it through. She responded to all my messages and very quickly too; almost like she was there with me. Although I did not get to finish all my classes with her, my significant other was able to use all the calming methods that she taught him, and I use the techniques that she taught me. I definitely recommend everyone to take these classes with Helen. Love her. She is now family.
