Top Quality All of the Way Through. It has been a pleasure working with Schachne Architects and Builders on our whole home remodel. From the initial meeting with Stan, we felt we were in good hands. Having never undertaken a project such as this, Stan and his team guided us along, giving us options and helping us develop solutions to create an ideal space for us. They worked with us tirelessly to understand our needs and to translate those wants and needs into a functional and beautiful home. While Dain developed print and beautiful 3-D renderings, Donna spent many hours working on floor plan development, cabinetry design and helping us choose the right fixtures and colors to bring those renderings to life. Her design knowledge allowed us to make the best choices for the look we desired. Stan and Jeremy were amazing in navigating all aspects of the construction process from demolition to move-in. They maintained open communication with us on every aspect of the project and allowed us to reach out to them at any time with issues, questions or ideas. Their understanding of codes and of construction itself gave us tremendous peace of mind that our home was being built properly and securely, especially important in hurricane prone south Florida. Stan, Donna, Dane, and project manager Jeremy were absolute professionals throughout our 9-month major house renovation project. Their design reconfigured our entire floor plan in ways we never thought possible, their work was structurally sound and looks amazing, and throughout construction during COVID pandemic they maintained a safe and healthy work environment and the project stayed on-time. We are already looking forward to calling them back for our next project! We give them the strongest recommendation possible.
We utilized Schachne Architects & Builders for our remodel and we are immensely pleased with the outcome of the project. He worked with us, listening to what we were hoping to accomplish with the remodel and created a plan that worked to achieve what we were looking for.
