Always a great experience when dealing with Seven Seas from my purchase to any repairs. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. I brought my Scout boat in for some minor warranty work and Jamey was awesome to work with. You would have thought I was spending thousands of dollars rather than having a small light replaced under warranty. His communication was great and the overall service was top notch. The cherry on top was when they washed the boat while it was there. Thanks again to Jamey and the team at Seven Seas!

I purchased a pre-owned Scout 210 this week and could not be happier. Great experience doing business with the Renee family and Seven Seas! Even though this boat is pre-owned and less expensive than the higher-end boats they offer it made no difference at all. Andy took the time to go over absolutely everything with me. Big Shout out to Andy and Melody for going through the entire process with me start to finish. Great customer service! The boat is awesome! Thanks again for all of your help!

Costumer service at sales . Not a fun experience, everyone seems very uptight and too serious. You come to spend 40k and you feel like you own them. If you start a relationship in such way at sales, I can only imagine what’s happening at the service. Weird and emotionally draining place to shop.

We purchased a BRAND NEW Scout this year. It has been in service more than it’s been in the water. The seakeeper, the bait wells, and even the motors have gone out over and over. Multiple times, all the bait fish in the well have died. Multiple times, we have had to call a tow boat. It is not just annoying but borderline unsafe. The customer service at Seven Seas is difficult to pin down and minimally responsive. Rather than be apologetic and acknowledge they sold us a lemon, they tell us new boats take time to work out kinks. They seem frustrated at us when something breaks and “fix it” reluctantly. When they finally take the boat in, it seems like they patch up the issue only for it to break down again within 2 weeks. Same issues over and over. It’s exhausting and disappointing. Lesson learned, we will never buy a boat from Seven Seas again and will never buy another Scout. Our only hope now is to get rid of this one. Buyer beware.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Seven Seas. Jose (Service) is a consummate professional that took in my vessel after another dealer could not fix the problem and turned it around quickly with OEM parts. Not only did they finally solve the issue, they gave me back my boat clean and even followed up with me a few weeks after to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Seven Seas and all of the kind people that work there. It was a pleasure!
