We hired a van for 1:30pm to take us to the airport. The driver requested to move the appointment to 1:00pm so that he could make it to another client. The driver showed up at 12:45pm complaining that we were taking too long to get ready to go. When driver accidentally picked up our friends stroller, he offered to take it back later that day. Incidentally the stroller never showed back up at our friends place. Driver was hanging up on potential customers while driving the van and complaining that they were asking too many questions. I would not use their service again.
