I have never seen such ancient washers and dryers in any laundromat around Fort Lauderdale. This place is self-service...which actually meant the business operates itself. There is no live help. All doors are open, and birds are hopping around the business. Someone mentioned homeless. Yes, this is true. I see one right now. I didnt feel safe in this business. Never doing my laundry there again. I hope my laundry doesnt get flees or worse...so scared.
The service was very helpful and friendly. The all process took about an hour. The place is basic but very convenient.
Our experience was great. Lots of machines. Convenient to Lake Sylvia & right behind Winn-Dixie. Signs caution you to check machines first but we saw lots of machines in use & ours worked great.
I use the machines and wash my own clothes. I've never used the cleaning service. I'm usually there late so I've never seen an attendant. On my first visit one of the customer showed me how to use the machines. It's local and convenient, I nervously get my clothes washed because the machines are not cleaned. I'm amazed at why people think washing machines don't need cleaning!!! Recently I found out they've put a timer on the machines. The last wash is at 10.30pm so if you arrive after that time the machines won't start. I only wanted to do a wash which doesn't take more than 30min. I would have been out of there way before 12 midnight, the time they lock the doors. My working hours don't allow me to get there till late so not being able to do laundry that night was an inconvenience.
