I have driven past those We Buy Houses Miami signs on the side of the road 100s of times. I always wondered how the process works and if its just a bunch of investors who are looking for cheap houses to buy in Miami. My main concern was getting a fair cash offer. I have heard many of these “sell my house fast” miami investors just lowball you. To my surprise, I found your trusted home buyer on google and they were very straightforward and honest with me. They made me an offer and explained to me exactly how they calculated it. They showed me similar houses that have sold in my neighborhood for cash and that needed work like mine. After a little negotiation, we came to an agreement and the rest of the process was pretty simple. They had their contractor come by to check the condition, the title company we used was nice, and they asked me if they could close a few days early and I agreed. Overall, good experience and I would recommend them.

This was my first time selling a house to an investment company. A little skeptical at first and I was expecting them to lowball me. Overall, the whole process was pretty smooth. Nice people, stayed in communication throughout the entire process and closed a couple days early which was an unexpected positive. These people made an offer on my house. Two people had been by to inspect. We said yes, even though it was lower then we wanted. They told me someone would be over on Friday, they never showed up. Then they said someone would be here on Monday and they never showed up. Tuesday finally someone came by. I then get a call on Wednesday telling me they no longer wanted the house as the contractor said it was going to cost 15,000 more then they thought for repairs. We were supposed to close next Monday. Do not trusted these people. I would give no stars if I could.
