Called just to get more information on having a dress taken in maybe one inch under the arms. Was told it would be 65 or more and take over 3 weeks! I said just after 3 weeks was okay but 65 just to take in sides? She misunderstood me several times thinking it was a wedding dress and when I told her it's not -I am wearing it TO a Wedding it's a short 40 dress- she told me \I don't care\ about 3 times. She did not seem Interested in helping me at all and even said \I don't want to waste your time\ goodbye . Maybe she does good work, but her customer service and pricing does not seem worth it--I would not feel comfortable taking my clothing here.
Prices are higher than your local corner store but on par for any PX I have been to. I will always pay for quality done right the first time. Lead times could be better but for most leaders out there, getting sewing done before it is needed should not be a problem. I have used this place on and off for the last 10 years without any incidents.
Uniforms were completed with great satisfaction. Have been on several bases where work not as good. Very happy.
