Update: I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. Today, the owner of the dry cleaning company personally reached out to me and assured that he would do everything he could to ensure my ASU jacket would be cleaned properly and offered me a credit or refund for the inconvenience. I also appreciate Garrison for taking my concerns seriously and addressing them in a timely manner. Original Review: Brought in a brand new Marlow White AGSU jacket and ASU jacket for dry cleaning. When they came back the they had replaced a uniform button on my AGSU jacket with a civilian one and did not bother to tell me. I did not find this out until the night before a DA Photo, which had to be cancelled and rescheduled. With my ASU jacket they pressed too hard and left shiny seam marks on the pockets and messed up the collar. I asked them to redo it and it came back exactly the same way.

The only reason I am giving them a 5 stars review is do to the owner and how professional he is and caring about his business. Long story short I had a comforter that was damaged and the Owen personally reached out to me and offered to replace it. I cannot say how happy I am that they not only offered to replace my comforter that was damaged a few weeks back. But it was how apologetic he was about how I was treated. You can tell in his voice that he truly cares about his company and wants to build such a trusting business and provide a great service to our military members and families! You can truly tell that the way I was spoken to upon returning my item and the way he wants to run his customer service and business are at completely different spectrums. He was such a wonderful man.
I’ve used this cleaners once a week for over a year now. I receive friendly service and our clothes are cleaned/pressed/starched perfectly. The great prices are a bonus. I recommend them 100%.
Used them regularly for their decent prices. Recently had a pair of pants get the clasp ripped off while they were in for cleaning. I didn’t check before my event (since I’ve never had something ruined like that by a cleaner) and found out an hour before. Took them back and they conducted a mediocre repair. Checked them out after the repair only to find while fixing the clasp, they broke the button. I will not be going back again.
Their employees don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom. That's bad enough in general, but during a pandemic it's horrible.
