Unbelievable service. I needed an item shipped to arrive from Maryland to Florida and engraved for a special veteran event in less than a week and they were able to accomodate me. The gentleman who owns this establishment is a class act. I went in today to figure out why the hands on my watch weren’t moving along with the digital time. After tinkering with the watch for about 20 minutes while simultaneously explaining what he was doing he said it was a manufacturer issue. I went to pay and he didn’t allow me. I offered twice more in which he rejected twice. His only concern was ensuring my watch would be fixed. I highly recommend going to Mai’s Jewelry.
Perfect customer service! The owner Juan went above and beyond to ensure I was squared away for my uniform inspection. I was stuck in traffic and he stayed open 30 minutes extra to ensure I got my order. Very professional and great quality. Would definitely recommend to others, and will definitely be a return customer.
