They had a large order and asked me to bring my upholstery job in a few weeks. I did. My job didn't even get started when I returned on the promised day. Then, when I called, went to vmail and mailbox is full. 2 was later I went and it was completed. They did an excellent job.
All I want to know is if they can or will repair my seat or not . Owner looked and it and said he would get back to me. Called him a week later and he totally forgot about it. I've been told this is the best place around for any kind of Upholstery but their customer service is lackng.
These guys did my boat seats. They gave me a fair price upfront, performed the work in the timeframe they gave me initially, and did a great job! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend!!
Owner Andy was very friendly and prompt. Just got my chair back today and they did a great job!!! I love my chair now!!
