Our service rep was not friendly whatsoever - a real dud. He did not make us feel like we made a good decision to use his company. However, this may have been an isolated incident because COIT came highly recommended by our property management company. End result was good.

I had to call them for water damage from level 1 to basement. They were fast & efficient. Anthony & his team did a fantastic job getting the house dried.
They had the wrong phone number so I did not get an advance call but that was minor. Everything else went smoothly. Good people to work with.
Hugh and Drew did a GREAT job cleaning our ducts. In addition they are so personable and hardworking. Highly recommend. We noticed the difference in our indoor air quality right away.
