Staff is extremely efficient and friendly. Waiting room is comfortable with free snacks and drinks. There's even massage chairs and a TV. Very cost-effective service with any problems taken care of expediently! Bathrooms are spotless. Always easy to get an appointment.

Came in with a specific car in mind that I had seen on the internet. After some terse back & forth discussions about how much money I had to spend, plus if their online coupon was applicable for this purchase or not, they came back with an acceptable offer. While going through the paperwork, the finance guy was able to get me financing that was 1.3% less than what I walked in with from my credit union, which was awesome! It pays to have good credit!!

Received great service. Paul Shannon took good care of us and was patient and articulate. NO high pressure sales while purchasing 2020 Venue. Lost one star because process was way too long: 2 hrs. waiting in empty room. Otherwise I recommend this dealership.
