The top reason behind Kingsley's recent #1 ranking is their fabulous and welcoming staff - Lindsay, Krista, Dave, & Keith have outdone themselves to make me feel at home during the past two years. I really hated to leave this area after such a fun and peaceful stay! You can't find a better property than Kingsley Apartments, and I'm going to miss dropping by the office to chat with the absolute BEST apartment staff I've known in my 40 years. I toured several apartments before feeling that \I am home\ moment! The amenities and the walking to restaurants are awesome but the amazing private DOG park...sealed the deal! The staff is so helpful and I get same day maintenance help (rarely needed). Kingsley also supports community and has some fun gathers to bring everyone together.

Krista was so helpful when we were trying to find a unit that was perfect for us. The complex is clean and well kept, and they do a lot of fun events for residents. Great place to live!
