Excited about starting up the hobby with my son. Been looking forward to seeing the store for a long time before we moved to the area. Problem was : They only allow a small box for you to walk into to observe the contents from a distance. Absolutely pointless! Library is open and so is all the other shopping but not Warhammer. Told the people working the store that we were interested in starting up the hobby and they did nothing for us. Could have shown a starter set or something but they just left us there gawking at items too far away to see. Guess they don’t need new customers and are doing well enough with what they have. Super disappointed

Open gaming space, friendly staff, and lots of stock. They have great demo tables set up for new players to test out the games and often have events going on to help get into and support the hobby.

Was interested in the hobby around the start of quarantine and even with all the restrictions they were so supportive and helpful

We were on our way to dinner at Red Bowl when I heard my husband say “no way!!” And then repeated the phrase more excitedly as we got closer. He had no idea the store had opened so close to us and was so happy I find it. The person running the store was very nice and helpful and gave us lots of demos of the items. They do painting and building workshops as well, definitely check it out if you are into miniatures/gaming.

Did not know this location existed until Games Workshop offered to ship a unit there for me. I can’t describe how excited I was to find out I had a Warhammer shop five minutes from where I work. Since then, I stopped in three times in total and Itamar has been nothing but helpful and in guiding me through getting further into the hobby. Free painting classes (which I desperately need) and a place to hang out, assemble and paint models, and play games FOR FREE? Even my hyper-local hobby shop (where I live) isn’t that accommodating. Such an awesome place and awesome crowd. Very inspiring and easy to talk to (even for an introvert like myself). It was a pleasure walking in and seeing Itamar teaching kids about painting and models the first time I came by. If you are even curious about the hobby/fun, I strongly suggest you stop by for 10 minutes, even if you never plan on showing up ever again. Such a care-free and east environment. Thanks for the help with the Soul Wars box. I’ll be coming back to assemble it with you guys on my breaks :-D
