Well it started with a pleasant phone call to Fort Myers Marine when Sharon answered the phone everything was very professional from the start. I was then transferred to Colinda and it only got better. The Yamaha warranty repair was scheduled and I had actually planned to leave the boat there for a week in order to obtain parts which were supposedly backordered ( \information from another dealer who I mandated to put my boat back together so I could tow it out of their shop after 8 days of the run around\) Needless to say when I dropped the boat off, the owner Chuck checked me in and it was even a day early to help with the parts shipping time frame, never even expecting anything until next week and I got a call from Colinda at 9:30 am the next day and the boat is ready to be picked up. BIG Kudos to the entire staff including the technicians. I would recommend Fort Myers Marine for their service department who is seriously on their game. I am a charter for hire captain and getting back on the water timely is extremely important. I am new to the area and I needed to build a relationship with a professional, reliable marine service center, now I have found them. Thank you very much for your awesomeness service.
