I am impressed at the prompt response and professionalism provided when I was requesting services for our business. First time I do not have to follow up and be frustrated for non response as it usually happens with other counties utility providers. Please keep it up, this are the little things that make customers happy and appreciative. Wish you could provide services all over Florida. Awesome service
I had some flooding in my house and lost many towels in there, Lazaro (don't know his last name) came by and gave me towels...I'm in total disbelief a person who does not know me had it in his heart to help us. God bless you always Lazaro!!!!!
Not helpful at all during our move. They need to look at 5/3 bank policies on how to model customer service during a unique situation.
